Core Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Communication
- Communicate with customers to resolve invoicing issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Ag Operations Managers and external vendors.
• Maintain supplies for transportation and wash facility in Spiceland.
• Schedule and plan pick-up and delivery schedules.
• Prioritize company assets over third-party vendors.
2. Invoicing & Documentation (Admin Work)
- Gather all driver-generated documentation and store data digitally.
• Coordinate with business units in PA, IN, and NC for pick-up and delivery completion.
• Work with Driver Managers to confirm daily pick-ups and deliveries for invoicing.
• Prepare invoices for both internal and external customers.
3. Transportation & Load Management
- Respond to customer and internal communications promptly.
• Verify previous day’s deliveries with Driver Managers and prepare weekly invoicing.
• Update load details in the Transportation Management System (TMW).
• Enter daily and weekly data for business tracking and decision-making.
• Schedule equipment maintenance with Fleet Center and Driver Managers.
• Manage weekly scheduling of market loads to the Coldwater plant.
• Enter daily payroll for activity-based drivers.
• Communicate Farm Condition Report feedback to stakeholders.
4. Ag Operations Coordination
- Support problem-solving related to invoicing for internal/external customers.
• Facilitate communication between drivers and management.
• Participate in daily/weekly staff meetings, preparing data and reports as needed.

Position Qualifications
- Strong Excel knowledge and skills required.
• TMW/TMS system knowledge preferred. - Must not own or have frequent contact with non-CVFF swine.
