MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our innovative team in Fayetteville, NC.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develops and implements the strategic vision for all business functions across the program.Provides executive leadership in financial management, contract administration, and process optimization to ensure organizational goals and deliverables are met.Provides executive oversight for the entire TO, ensuring the scalable governance structure effectively manages a multi-tenant environment for Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and other government partners.Holds ultimate responsibility for financial performance and compliance, ensuring the cost accounting system and project tracking meet all government requirements.Sets the strategy for managing the complex portfolio of severable and non-severable requirements, ensuring funds are maximized and tracked.The Business Operations Manager reports directly to the PM and executive leadership and serves as the primary business liaison to the Government Program Office (GPO). Have oversight of all Senior, Journeyman, and Junior Business Operations personnel on the program.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related discipline.10+ years of experience in a military environment performing in a related subject area (engineering, computer science, etc.).10+ years of experience in a management position navigating complex business transitions, overseeing daily operations, with at least five years in support of Special Operations Forces and Joint Special Operations Forces.A strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Experience collaborating with counterparts in other DoD and governmental organizations and at senior levels, where customers and mission areas are supportedPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in business, management, or a related disciplinePMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)®Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence softwareClearance Requirements:Active TS/SCI security clearancePhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printerThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
