The Homeland Relationship Manager team is responsible for creating and maintaining effective relationships between Searchable Records Operations and the Homeland teams to facilitate homeland operational strategy and the Family History Temple Support Plan. This Homeland Relationship Manager position will focus on building relationships, prioritizing and tracking homeland projects through the project cycle, tracking budgets, preparing and executing project status reports.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeland stakeholders, address operational needs, and ensure effective project scheduling and prioritization.
 - Present strategic and operational updates during Quarterly Business Reviews with senior leadership.
 - Align homeland efforts with the latest operational best practices and vendor capabilities.
 - Support the global Homeland Operations team in meeting delivery timelines for internal, partner, and commercial indexing projects.
 - Facilitate implementation of the homeland strategy and the Family History Temple Support Plan.
 - Provide strategic guidance and daily support to help achieve publication goals.
 - Lead weekly coordination meetings with Area Managers and other key stakeholders.
 - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate setup and execution of projects and contracts.
 - Oversee digital publication, ensuring contract obligations are met.
 - Identify and resolve risks, operational questions, and project-related challenges in a timely and effective manner.
 - Manage the preparation, analysis, and ingest of contracts and project data.
 - Support continuous learning and development with a focus on strategic management and process improvement.
 - Procurement Management: Uses standard processes to acquire goods and services from providers.
 
Qualifications
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regions.
 - Exceptional interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.
 - Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or a combination of education and experience; and 3 years of experience in project management.
 - Experience in project management and the use of PM software (i.e. Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Salesforce). PMP certification is preferred.
 - Operations experience with understanding of operations management principles and stakeholder management.
 - Skilled in the use of Excel and Word, and other software programs.
 - Familiarity with Family History and Genealogy.
 - Excellent data analysis, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 - Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
 - Culture awareness and experience working in or with an international organization is a plus.
