Meet the Team:
As Associate Manager, Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for executing the Dexcom patient facing web marketing strategy within our US Digital Experience team. Collaborating closely with our internal Product Marketing, Creative, and IT teams, as well as external agency partners, you will help deliver a best-in-class digital experience on our consumer-facing Dexcom.com site.
As a part of a fast-paced marketing team, you will lead web projects (from web content redesigns to UX improvements) from early requirements gathering right through to testing and publishing. You will have a solid understanding of modern web CMS tools and front-end web technologies, along with experience using IT Agile/Scrum and Jira processes.

Where you come in:
- You lead ideation and strategy for new website UX and content improvements in partnership with Marketing and IT/web development teams.
- You manage website projects end-to-end, including content, UX, and webforms—from initial requirements gathering through UAT and final execution.
- You coordinate and prioritize digital project tasks using Asana to keep initiatives on track.
- You collaborate with Marketing and IT teams during daily standups and weekly planning meetings to align on goals and progress.
- You analyze web analytics to identify and propose opportunities for UX enhancements.
- You support the setup of campaign analytics tracking and execution of web A/B testing to optimize performance.
What makes you successful:
- You are proficient with web CMS tools such as WordPress and/or headless CMS platforms like Amplience, Contentful, or Storyblok, as well as webform tools like Jotform.
- You have hands-on experience with website analytics tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms such as VWO and Optimizely.
- You are familiar with email marketing tools and processes, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- You communicate clearly and effectively, with strong verbal and written skills that allow you to present data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- You are experienced with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com to track and manage work efficiently.
- You bring exceptional interpersonal and diplomatic skills, build trust and credibility easily, and have a track record of influencing and leading content strategy discussions across all levels of an organization.
- You have a clear history of managing multiple projects simultaneously, making smart and timely decisions, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving content marketing success in fast-paced environments.
- You learn quickly, work independently with minimal supervision, and thrive as a collaborative team contributor.

Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
