Total Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 DOE

Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking a dynamic, experienced Bilingual Multi-Site Manager to oversee operations across 2 apartment communities (126 units total) in Thornton. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll cultivate a strong team culture, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and lead with purpose.

Your Role as Multi-Site Manager

• Lead, mentor, and inspire on-site teams
• Deliver best-in-class customer service from first tour to renewal
• Manage operations, maintenance, leasing, and financial performance
• Execute unit turn timelines, renewals, and occupancy goals
• Drive property curb appeal and community pride
• Hire, onboard, and develop staff
• Champion The Hudson Grove Way in all aspects of leadership

 You Bring:

1. Fluency in English and Spanish
2. 2+ years in property management, including 1+ in multi-site roles
3. Strong supervisory and team development skills
4. Fair housing, leasing, and compliance knowledge
5. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Yardi, and Rent Café
6. Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
