We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our busy practice!

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and organized.
   
• Maintain sterilization and disinfection logs according to OSHA and infection control standards.
   
• Prepare and set up operatories for patient care.
   
• Assist the clinical team by restocking supplies and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.
   
• Support the flow of the clinic by helping where needed with equipment prep, lab work, or sterilization processes.
   

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with strong attention to detail and time management.
   
• Someone dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards.
   
• Previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
   
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
