About the Role:
As a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) at Neel, you’ll be part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced, full-service hospital. From routine wellness care to complex procedures, your technical skills will be put to full use — and expanded through mentorship and hands-on experience. Surgical and emergency backgrounds are a plus, but we’re open to techs ready to learn and grow.

What You'll Do:
- Assist with patient exams, diagnostics, and treatments
- Monitor anesthesia and assist in surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain surgical suites and equipment
- Administer medications, manage fluid therapy, and perform lab work
- Support critical care and emergency cases as needed
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure continuity of care
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed/Registered Veterinary Technician (or eligible for Oklahoma licensure)
- Prior experience in surgery and/or emergency highly preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A positive, adaptable attitude with a team-first mindset
