AVmedia is excited to add to our On-Site (Hotel) Services team with our first presence in Philadelphia!

We are looking for talented audio visual folks!

We are looking for a Directors of Audio Visual Services, Sales folks, and technicians.

Responsibilities: (General)

• Being a great representative of the AVmedia Family Culture.
• Speaking with customers, teammates and hoteliers in a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
• Maintaining and protecting all assets at all times from damage, misuse or possible theft.
• Sets examples for staff in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational, customer service and leadership skills, and work habits.
• Maintain high level of customer service with staff to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate, interact and cooperate with all company employees.
• Build upon the AVmedia Culture, Core Values and Core Purpose by being a role model at all times. Forge excellent relationships with Family members and key customers whenever possible.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• The candidate needs to be able to spend at least 8 hours a day on their feet, be available days, nights, weekends and holidays, and be able to bend down, kneel and squat to work on the floor if needed in a time sensitive situation to support the AVmedia operations family. 
• If this position requires driving a company vehicle, you must be in possession of a valid driver’s license. A clean driving record over the past three (3) years is required.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of AV (flipcharts, microphones, laptops, breakout projection, screens, static lighting, audio mixers and speakers etc)
• Knowledge of digital audio mixers, intelligent lighting, networking, advanced switching, HD, laser projection a plus.

Qualifications:

Background in AV, hospitality events, and/or catering sales is preferred.
