What We're Looking For:

We're looking for proven leaders who are dedicated, hardworking, and possess expert knowledge of electric distribution and fiber optic line construction and maintenance.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with successful completion of a recognized lineman apprenticeship program.
• Minimum seven years of experience as a Journeyman Lineman, including at least three years in a crew leadership role, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership and troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate effectively, motivate teams, and display a positive attitude and passion for serving your community - rain or shine.
• Class A CDL and a commitment to performing every task with safety in mind.

What You'll Do:

You'll lead the charge in ensuring your team is equipped to perform at their best, providing the highest level of service and reliability for our members and customers.

• Plan, assign, and coordinate daily work for line crews while collaborating with contract crews
• Ensure every job is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
• Inspect worksites, troubleshoot problems, and support system restoration when outages occur while providing hands-on training and guidance to crew members
• Promote teamwork and clear communications within your crews and across departments
