Lifetouch Procurement Specialist is responsible for assisting with sourcing, procurement and management of company Travel, Fleet, Real Estate and MRO categories. Supporting the Supply Chain relationships, resources, and category teams, you will integrate supply chain tools, programs and business direction with supply management.
• Develop, execute, and support strategic sourcing activity for assigned categories
• Lead program administration and ensure compliance for corporate travel and fleet services
• Assist with the review entry and database management of contracts and leases.
• Problem identification and resolution with appropriate suppliers
• Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with suppliers
• Assist with RFP’s
• Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business
• Drive, track and report cost savings initiatives for assigned categories; establish and meet cost reduction and performance goals.
• Contributes to continuous improvement efforts across all facets of supply chain
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Travel/Fleet programs, real estate, leases and facilities management.
• The ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal is essential
• 3 years' experience in managing supplier relationships, leasing and procurement activities
• Associate's degree with preferred emphasis on purchasing, supply chain or facilities.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Travel up to 5%
