Senior CNO Developer presso ManTech

MANTECH seeks a skilled and innovative Senior CNO Developer to join our team in Aurora, CO. In this role, you will contribute to the development of mission-critical cyber capabilities, drive excellence in CNO development and lead efforts in advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO). You’ll be part of a dynamic team working on next-generationsolutions that safeguard national security systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Designing and developing new hardware- or software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilitiesManaging the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systemsApplying expert knowledge of network and security concepts to support capability developmentCommunicating status updates and technical progress to leadership and stakeholdersEnsuring software quality and compliance with development standards Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma and 8+ years of technical work experience, or BS degree and 4+ years of technical work experience, or MS Degree and 2+ years of technical work experience, or PhD and 0+ years of relevant experienceExperience in Python and C/C++ programming languagesExperience with troubleshooting and debuggingExperience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, or network devices)Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programmingExperience with developing CNO capabilitiesExperience in managing and leading development teams Preferred Qualifications:Experience in software analysis or reverse engineeringUnderstanding of assembly language programming conceptsFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks and practicesExperience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible) Clearance Requirements:An active/current TS/SCI with ability to obtain Polygraph is required. Physical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
