The role you’ll contribute:
The role of the Sr. Manager of Business Development is to develop and execute Centra Care's strategic growth plans in the West Florida Division (WFD) and Central Florida Division North (CFD-N). A key function of this role is to coordinate and integrate Centra Care strategic plans for AdventHealth WFD and CFD-N strategic priorities. This position leads the business consultant team, developing strategic priorities, assigning responsibilities, and setting targets and accountabilities in conjunction with the Centra Care Director of Business Development. Sr. Manager of Business Development's role also plays a pivotal role in connecting and communicating the strategies of the West Florida Division, Central Florida Division North, and AdventHealth Centra Care. In this capacity, this role is expected to develop relationships and partner in strategy development and alignment with leaders from both systems.

- Conducts market analysis and competitive research to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of growth strategies and adjusts plans as needed.
- Provides regular updates and reports on growth plan progress to senior leadership.
- Develops comprehensive strategic growth plans for Centra Care across multiple divisions.
- Coordinates and integrates strategic plans to align with organizational priorities.
- Leads the business consultant team, setting strategic priorities, assigning responsibilities, and establishing targets and accountabilities.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, marketing or public relations.
4+ years’ experience in sales/marketing experience
Experience in corporate sales and service lines
Driver's License (DL)
- Excellent communication and service recovery skills
- Sales skills to include prospecting, presenting and closing
- Proficiency in Salesforce management
- Good computer skills, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of employer community
