Position Summary
This position is responsible for serving as a liaison between the sales team, support team and customers. Primarily responsible for owning and improving customer experiences post-sales engagement.

Essential Functions/Job Duties:
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
· Track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
· Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
· Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper post-sales service.
· Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
· Develop standardized templates for repeated use.
· Process orders – perform order entry and review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
· Manage and coordinate all resources in the account to deliver the contracted services.
· Partner with Federal & Strategic Accounts team to implement and manage client-specific business solutions by establishing and executing plans; manage strategic action plans with internal resources.
· Follow all applicable company policies and procedures.
· Perform other duties and projects assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.
· Assist with event coordination, swag purchases, expense reports and general office administration.
