Position Summary

We are building an elite housekeeping team of professionals who treat each home like a masterpiece and every clean like a reflection of our brand. This isn’t traditional housekeeping. This is property care, staging, and protection.

You’ll prepare each home to our Standard Property Appearance (SPA) - ensuring every bed is photo-ready, every cabinet is organized, every thermostat is set properly, and every space feels luxurious and inviting. Each property must be clean from top to bottom - from ceiling fans and light fixtures down to baseboards and beneath furniture - leaving no detail overlooked. You’ll also secure homes post-clean, report damages or maintenance issues in Breezeway, and uphold a level of consistency that defines the Abode guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep and detailed cleans following Abode’s Standard Property Appearance Policy
• Clean, sanitize, and stage all rooms including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Stock, organize, and display amenities and supplies (no clutter, all labels facing forward)
• Set thermostats, blinds, and lighting according to seasonal ambiance standards
• Inspect for and report guest damage, missing inventory, or maintenance concerns
• Upload photos and reports in Breezeway, following assigned tasks and checklists meticulously
• Secure properties after each clean: windows and doors locked, thermostats adjusted, lights off, no running water or appliances
• Ensure all spaces (garages, patios, closets) are organized, free of clutter, and guest-ready
• Communicate with supervisors regarding issues, feedback, or quality improvements

Requirements

• Precision, attention to detail, and personal pride in presentation
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to follow detailed checklists and visual standards
  Comfortable using smartphones/apps for task tracking
• Reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
• Weekend and holiday availability during peak turnover times

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury home, resort, or short-term rental housekeeping
• Familiarity with staging, hospitality presentation, or interior care standards
• Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred)
• Team-oriented and eager to grow with a developing department

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time year-round and seasonal roles available
• Typical Hours: 9am-5pm (varies with guest check-in/out times)
• Compensation: Base salary $42,500 (non-exempt) plus per-clean incentives by home size ($15 for 2BR up to $50 for 5+BR). Typical annual earnings for year-round team members land ~$51,000–$59,000+, depending on property mix and workload.
