The Manager of Finance will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Account Sales Team within T-Mobile. This role will ensure alignment with organizational goals, drive financial performance, and provide strategic insights to support business growth.

Role and Responsibilities

Role Objectives

  • Develop and manage quarterly financial budgets and forecasts for the Account Sales Team during the monthly targeting process.
  • Track promotions and claims for variances vs forecast on a weekly basis and ensure future forecast accuracy and achievement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Manage timely validation and settlement of promotional claims and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in performance vs claims.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and opportunities for revenue growth.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Excel).
  • Experience in budgeting and financial planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or retail industry.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
