What you´ll do
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams to drive the development and delivery of compelling brand content across channels, ensuring alignment with campaign strategy, timelines, and business objectives.
- Lead agency and vendor partnerships, managing budgets, timelines, and executional details to bring integrated marketing initiatives to life-from creative concept through final asset delivery.
- Manage timelines, calendars, and status trackers for ongoing projects and innovation initiatives
- Support team with campaign prep, toolkits, team communication, contracts, and vendor payments
- Support early-stage concept development including competitive audits, trend/consumer research, and presentation creation
- Act as a point of contact for cross-functional administrative support and office coordination including organizing meetings, events, and related logistics as needed
What makes you a good fit
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing, content production or creative project coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with photographers, videographers, and creative vendors preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong planner with excellent attention to detail ensuring projects are on time and on budget

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
