JOB GOAL: The AP Testing Assistant Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the administration and management of the Advanced Placement (AP) exam program at Natick High School. Working closely with the AP Coordinator, this position helps ensure the seamless execution of all AP testing activities during the critical exam period from April through June. This role includes some preparation before May exams, coordination and implementation throughout the exam window, and post-exam closing tasks. This position must be filled by someone who does not currently hold a Unit A or B position because it takes place during the school day. Key Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS |
Education: High School diploma or GED
Professional Certification:
Specialized Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of and commitment to the principles and practices of diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice as they relate to student, staff and community engagement and cultivation
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in proctoring or coordinating standardized testing (AP, SAT, PSAT, IB, MCAS) preferred.
- Prior experience working within a school district preferred.
- Experience with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Classroom, etc.) and PowerSchool preferred, but will train the right candidate.
Skills:
- Demonstrated aptitude for work to be performed
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish and Portuguese, are highly desirable
- Candidates should have a passion for working with students, families, and colleagues
- Candidates must be flexible and collaborative
- Candidates must be able to multitask in a fast-paced, supportive environment that nurtures student growth
- Candidates must be organized and able to meet ongoing, time-sensitive deadlines for work production
Alternative degrees/experience may be substituted for the above at the discretion of the Superintendent, if such a substitution brings a strong candidate forward.
