Essential Functions and Responsibilities
1. Assists in planning of photo and video shoots. Works with clients and team to ensure that they are equipped to have a successful video or photo shoot, by recruiting models, securing locations and finding the appropriate apparel and props for the shoot.
2. Able to manage many tasks at once while staying organized and hitting deadlines.
3. Requires forward thinking, creative problem solving, and strong attention to detail.
4. Frequent data entry is required — accepting projects, assigning out tasks, updating project details, and more.
5. Assists in other marketing department efforts as needed.

Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Computer competency in Microsoft Office suite.
4. Must be able to understand and follow directions and work under limited supervision.
5. Must be able to work well with clients and co-workers and present a positive attitude while being courteous, detailed-oriented, self-motivated, diligent, trustworthy, possessing strong organizational skills, and well-developed communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of the video production process and photography process.
2. Social media content creation.
