We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Center of Excellence Planning to join the Scotts Miracle-Gro Supply Chain Transformation team.  A COE Planning Sr. Analyst provides functional and technical support for our Planning Technology Platform, Kinaxis. Our Kinaxis implementation supports demand, supply, deployment, and inventory planning operations across multiple business units within Scotts Miracle-Gro. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in planning operations with strong project management skills.


Must be proficient in leveraging business insight to drive engagement, collaborate effectively, and deliver tangible results. Must be skilled in developing talent, managing ambiguity, and adapting to diverse situations. Adept at communicating effectively, directing work, and fostering collaboration across teams.


PLEASE NOTE: This position requires approximately 25% travel within the United States and Canada.


What you’ll do in this role:


SUPPORT: 
-Provide day-to-day support for Kinaxis Maestro, including troubleshooting user issues, resolving data discrepancies, and performing system health checks.
-Execute system governance practices and authorizations for different users groups
-Develop and maintain Kinaxis scenarios, configurations, and master data.

COLLABORATE: 
-Collaborate with supply chain leadership, planning teams, manufacturing operations, procurement, and distribution/logistics teams to drive a planning solution that manages our E2E supply chain operation. 
-Have a passion for exploring the latest functionality offerings in the Kinaxis platform environment to lead or participate in supply chain process improvement projects, leveraging Kinaxis capabilities to drive efficiencies.
-Utilize clear and concise communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Centralize system documentation and training to support standardized processes and operations amongst all the groups within Kinaxis. 
-Conduct end user training on Kinaxis Maestro functionality and best practices.

SUSTAIN: 
-Promote sustainability by consistently delivering long-lasting outcomes. 
-Support structured system customer leadership updates to continuously keep our leadership teams updated on system usage, performance, adaption, and continuous improvement opportunities.
-Enhance end-user support materials and documentation for smoother operations.
-Work with the business teams and IT resources to support routine Kinaxis upgrades through configuration and testing.

What you’ll need to be successful:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain management,  or equivalent experience
-5+ years of supply, inventory, or demand planning experience in a high performance environment
-Recognized technical abilities and practical experience with strong capabilities in the following areas: Change management ,SAP ECC, Kinaxis
-Prior experience with Kinaxis preferred. 
-Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships across a network of sites and corporate support functions
-Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communications, organization, resource management, and technology utilization skills
-Proven ability to handle changing priorities while maintaining a sense of urgency
-Strong business acumen, with a solid record of leading change and delivering results

The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $99,700.00 - $117,300.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.In addition to the determined base salary, this role is also incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs.For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
