Natural Retreats is hiring a full-time HOA Maintenance Technician to join our Park City, UT team at our Silver Star office! Come join the best luxury vacation rental management company!
COMPENSATION: $21 - $25/hour *depending on experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist the HOA maintenance team in completion of the following diversified duties. Examples include but are not limited to:
- Perform diversified duties to troubleshoot and/or maintain core building systems as well as basic repairs to exterior of home aesthetics (i.e. painting, dry wall repair, basic construction, etc.)
- Move equipment, appliances, outdoor furniture, etc.
- Maintain shared garages, parking lots, walkways, driveways, etc.
- Diagnose problems and make necessary repairs/adjustments.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance within the HOA Common Spaces.
- Perform a variety of plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functions.
- Assist housekeeping when needed.
- Assist with trash management.
- Complete general maintenance inspections on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage inventory, monitor usage, and coordinate in the purchasing of materials, supplies, tools.
- Operate company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle.
- Report any maintenance issues and/or accidents immediately.
- Communicate with Board Members and Homeowners, when necessary.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening
- Proficiency in technology such as cell phones and basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of and ability to use power tools
- Current, valid driver’s license with good driving record (Will be utilizing company vehicle)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and be active up to 85% of the work day
- Ability to shovel snow from sidewalks and apply salt, when needed
- Weekend and Holiday availability when needed
- Overtime availability in winter season
DESIRED
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanics, audio/visual and appliance repair
- HVAC Certification
- Experience in the hospitality industry
