Tracks competitive intelligence and develops innovative, highly creative recruitment branding solutions for all business units throughout the organization. Builds strong partnerships with recruiters, HR, leadership, Marketing and Communications.
Develops social media and re-targeting campaigns. Implements, tracks and reports social media metrics to monitor campaigns. Actively utilizes social listening to identify and leverage trends and topics of interest, and monitors candidate sentiment toward Advocate Health.
Works closely with corporate communications to ensure the Advocate Health message that is shared internally is consistently and appropriately shared externally.
Builds and executes the social recruiting strategy. Identifies appropriate social media platforms/channels, objectives, and content to build a best-in-class strategy.
Assesses need and initiates the development of all materials that address the Advocate Aurora Health employer brand. This includes print material, written company descriptions, the creative side of the Advocate Health career site, employment advertisements, etc. Leverages candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and candidate/employee experience.
Assists Talent Acquisition (TA) team in identifying best possible and creative sources to attract a wide variety and diverse population of candidates.
Monitors and analyzes social media recruitment trends to identify opportunities for change or improvement. Identifies emerging platforms and determine fit and implementation strategy. Evaluates recruitment marketing and job distribution best practices, tools and vendors, managing internal and external partnerships with the goal of defining/redefining the employee value propositions, elevating brand awareness and measuring distribution networks.
Optimizes copy and landing pages for search results and optimization. Researches and implements search engine optimization recommendations. Monitors and tracks mentions of Organization-related content, posts, and discussion in primary social media channels. Reports noteworthy mentions to management and coordinates a proper response as appropriate.
Provides oversight for system-wide employer brand social media programs, platforms and processes in accordance with the company's social media policy and guidelines. Provides education, counsel and advice on social media projects and opportunities as appropriate.
Researches and proposes new opportunities for TA social media marketing and TA advertising campaigns. Researches and analyzes competitor advertising strategies.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Certification / License

Work Experience
Typically requires 5 years of experience in marketing, social media advertising or other communications function, with a focus on the use of social media and branding.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience in social media platforms, content development and trend analysis.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices. Ability to explain SEO/SEM strategies and tactics to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with social media applications, tools and techniques. Working knowledge of search engine marketing and consumer branding, as well as experience using automated content scheduling and monitoring systems.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with social listening and scheduling platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of employees, management, executives, and other organizations.
Proactive and self-motivated work style with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
Ability to operate independently in a self-directed, deadline-driven, rapidly changing team environment.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) or similar products.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
Exposed to a normal office environment.
