Job Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  •  Collaborate with staff to understand business issues, gather reporting and analytic requirements, ask pertinent questions, and make suggestions on data to use.
  • Gain insight into key business issues and deliverables by applying data analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data.
  • Work across a multitude of technology-based platforms.
  • Integrate qualitative and quantitative data into a cohesive narrative.
  • Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to deliver relevant, timely and insightful information.
  • Integrate qualitative and quantitative data into a cohesive narrative.
  • Communicate results to leadership, including instructions on use.
  • Develop graphs and visual presentation of data for easy interpretation by end users to make informed decisions.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field.

EXPERIENCE              

  • Three to six months’ business administrative work.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
  • Additional requirements include ability to succeed in team environment; customer service orientation; strong research and analysis skills; ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently; excellent organization and project management skills; ability to manage competing priorities; ability to generate bold, creative ideas to improve performance. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Position has no unusual physical demands. 
  • Occasional minor discomforts from continual exposure to video display terminal.
  • Position may occasionally require walking or standing, stooping or bending. 

Within the bounds of their respective job descriptions, all staff are expected to exercise principle-centered leadership, focused on customer service responsiveness, with a continuous quality improvement orientation.  Additionally, all staff are expected to develop a working knowledge of and follow all policies and procedures related to safety management and other Joint Commission standards.
