From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to manage the development and evolution of custom-built decision support applications. This role blends product ownership, data visualization leadership, and UI/UX strategy to deliver intuitive, high-impact tools that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

As a manager, decision intelligence and experience design, you will…

  • Lead the design and implementation of compelling, actionable visualizations that simplify complex data.
  • Establish and promote best practices for data storytelling, dashboard design, and visual standards.
  • Drive user-centered design across all decision support tools, ensuring usability, accessibility, and engagement.
