Job Description
- Image new/used computers as they come in
- Provide support for general computing questions and problems end users may face (WiFi, email, Office 365, Outlook, etc.)
- Assist with and troubleshoot basic account management issues
- Assist with issues through ticketing software, Freshservice
- Update IT knowledgebase as required
- Update Technology Inventory as needed
- Provide remote assistance to users
- Special projects, and other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience using computers and software programs such as Microsoft Office as evidenced in application materials.
- Experience working on a team or in a team environment as demonstrated by work experience.
- Availability to work at least 10-20 hours a week in blocks of time as evidenced by application materials.
- Transportation to work off campus as evidenced by application materials.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer service/office support environment.
- Six months of experience demonstrating the ability to work both independently and as part of a team as evidenced in application materials.
- Experience troubleshooting for the following operating system(s): Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android, as evidenced in application materials.
- Experience with basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with a ticketing system (Service Now, Freshservice, ZenDesk, OS Ticket, FreshDesk, TDX etc.)
- Experience working with Conference room Audio/Video equipment in conjunction with Zoom, Teams, etc.

Individuals selected for this position will be provided a university-issued laptop and other IT equipment as needed to ensure their ability to work.
