BUSINESS SEGMENT AND ROLE OVERVIEW
Equities & FICC: We make markets in and clear client transactions on major stock, options and futures exchanges worldwide. Through our global sales force, we maintain relationships with our clients, receiving orders and distributing investment research, trading ideas, market information and analysis.
The Equity Derivatives business market makes and provides liquidity in derivatives for a wide range of clients interacting with various sales and trading groups throughout Global Banking & Markets. Looking to hire an Associate based in Paris
Within Equity Flow Derivatives Trading – this person will be responsible for trading Convertible Bonds.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record
- Quantitative Background in market making/structuring/risk managing/modelling equity derivative instruments (swaps/options)
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills with attention to detail
- Effective stakeholder management skills
- Capability to synthesize and dissect large amounts of information in a fast paced & dynamic environment
- A strong work ethic with high levels of motivation
- Understanding of funding and interest rates extremely helpful
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative
