Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring accurate data input and effective coordination of international operations from shipment invoicing to delivery and customer billing. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and smooth communication across departments and international partners. The supervisor will also analyze and improve processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and audit data entry by International Specialists.
Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Provide training as needed to maintain compliance.
Create and maintain TMS work instructions (data entry guides).
Support organizational maintenance tasks.
Train and mentor International Specialists in customer service and operational procedures.
Respond to team questions and escalate issues appropriately.
Act as first line of escalation for internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues using strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Maintain full knowledge of International Specialists' duties and responsibilities.
Understand and support specific customer requirements and expectations.
Ensure operations align with billing and departmental process requirements.
Facilitate communication between operations, solutions, and accounting teams.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Shadow and learn Import/Export desks to provide PTO coverage as needed.
Write annual performance reviews for team members.
Maintain valid DG certifications for IATA and IMO.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position includes supervisory responsibilities over the International Specialists team.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university;
OR 1–2 years of related experience and/or training;
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
