SWE 2025 Career Fair
Welcome to the PBF Energy SWE 2025 Career Fair. When you join PBF, you become a member of our team. You will have the opportunity from day one to be hands on and have a variety of responsibilities that will impact the organization.
PBF’s Early Career Engineering Program has openings for Process Engineers, Chemical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Environmental Engineers. We provide graduates with the opportunity to be exposed across multiple disciplines, businesses and functions. This program provides hands-on engineering experience and project-based assignments. Our engineers will rotate throughout several of PBF’s facilities and site locations, while learning about site operations and designing solutions to challenging problems.
These positions are available in multiple locations across the United States such as Chalmette, LA; Delaware City, DE; Paulsboro, NJ; Toledo, OH; Martinez, CA and Torrance CA.
