Job Description
This position will directly support the SACCS Acquisition (SACCS-R) and SACCS Sustainment (SACCS-S) Programs. Duties will include providing support to the government Program Managers and Engineer Leads on all aspects of program documentation. This position will also be expected to assist in the regular Program Management Review briefs on the status of each assigned project assigned. The ideal candidate must have experience developing training plans and material.
Pursuant to Government contract, this position requires US Citizenship status.
This position is only located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.

Required Skills and Education
- 7 years’ experience in technical writing/editing or equivalent combination of education and related/relevant work experience is required
- Expert-level skills will Microsoft Word; strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Demonstrated skills in technical writing and editing, document formatting, grammar and usage, form, organization of ideas, and technical communications
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to successfully meet/exceed customer expectations
- Knowledge of DoD industry practices (TO 00-5-1, MIL-STD-38784, MIL-STD-3048, MIL-STD-1808). Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform fairly complex professional tasks
- Active US DoD Secret Security Clearance granted within the last 5 years
- Must be a US Citizen, possess the ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
- Must be able to travel up to 25%
- Due to its special-access, classified working environment, this position is only located at Hill AFB, Utah, and may not always be conducive to telework schedules
