Job Description:
Position Overview
This position is developmental within the Accounting and Finance departments. This position participates in various financial and accounting processes, performing journal entries, audits, and conducting basic quantitative analyses of information related to budgets, expenses, and other financial programs or projects. This broad assignment provides a base-level of experience needed before movement toward a more specialized function.
Key Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes financial information for assigned accounts, programs, products or business units in order to track the organization's progress towards financial goals.
- Assists in reporting current or expected financial performance and creating financial models to guide decision making.
- Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments, producing reports as assigned.
- Assists in the preparation of financial statements.
- Develops understanding of compliance controls and demonstrates adherence in activities and output.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required (or the equivalent in work experience)
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience required
