Job Description:
This position will be the go-to person for all things game day. A major part of your job will be managing our ticketing platform, which includes setting up events, updating schedules, and ensuring all ticket information is accurate. You'll also be in charge of organizing and executing game day promotions to boost attendance and fan engagement. On game day, you'll act as the game day host, overseeing all operational aspects to make sure everything is set and ready to go. This involves coordinating with various departments and staff to ensure areas like concessions, fan zones, and seating are prepared for each game.This position requires a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. 75% Ticketing Oversight
- Selling and processing tickets and distributing/managing will call
- Ticket scanning and providing customer service
- Providing customer service and troubleshooting issues
- Reconciling sales/Maintaining records
-Maintain/Update Schedules on Ticketing Platform
25% Game Day Host
- Greeting and seating guests
- Facilitating promotions & entertainment; distributing promotional items
- Managing VIP and premium areas
- Acting as a team representative and ensuring fan safety & comfort
