Job Summary: Performs a wide range of tech and administrative support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Transports patients to/from therapy and coordinates with nursing/CNAs. Assists therapists in the gym and with setting up group therapy treatments. Provides exercise classes for the AL/IL residents. Maintains a clean and organized therapy gym. This is an active, on-your-feet role focused on patient movement and direct support.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school education with other applicable training and experience preferred.
- Must possess strong communication, organization and coordination skills.
Clinical Experience:
- Prior experience as a CNA or support tech in a medical related field is preferred. Computer knowledge and experience is required.
Education Requirements:
- Personal Trainer Certificate, Group Exercise Certificate, or Associates Degree in Exercise Science/Physiology.
