The Case Management Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Case Management Team.  This role ensures high-quality service delivery to clients and compliance with ORR requirements. The Team Lead serves as a key point of contact between the Case Management team, and Program Manager and Program Director. The duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead, train, and supervise Case Workers to ensure the delivery of consistent and effective client services.
  • Assign and monitor caseloads, set clear expectations, and provide regular performance feedback.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins to provide guidance, address challenges, and support professional development.
  • Ensure case management services are provided in alignment with program guidelines, funder requirements, and organizational standards.
  • Support staff in assessing client needs, developing service plans, and connecting clients with appropriate resources.
  • Collaborate with internal programs and external partners to improve access to resources and strengthen client support networks.
  • Oversee case documentation in client database to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with ORR requirements. Regularly review data to monitor caseload trends, identify service gaps, and improve efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager and Program Director

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in  social work, human services, or related field required. Masters degree preferred. Fluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole required.
  • Previous experience working in a non-profit or government setting, and experience working with immigrants and refugees who have limited English proficiency, preferred.
