Job Summary

Under the direction of the Chief Academic Officer, the Director of Career Pathways and Partnerships provides leadership, coordination, and oversight of all Career Technical Education (CTE) and workforce development initiatives across Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools. The Director establishes, expands, and evaluates career pathway programs; fosters partnerships with business, industry, higher education, and community organizations; and ensures alignment with workforce demands, state requirements, and HCCTS strategic goals. This position requires program design, grant and compliance oversight, strategic collaboration, and continuous improvement to ensure that students have meaningful opportunities to prepare for careers, earn industry certifications, and transition successfully into postsecondary education and employment. Requirements / Qualifications

The position requires the following items to be attached to the application, or the application will not be considered: . Resume . Letter of Reference (2 Required) . Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred. . Any combination of education and/or experience in CTE, workforce development, postsecondary/industry partnerships, or educational leadership. . Training in program evaluation, grant administration, and industry-certification alignment preferred. . Administrative Credential Preferred. . Three (3) + years of successful experience in program management at the school/district or nonprofit level, including budget development and compliance reporting. . Strong analytical skills to track program effectiveness, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance. . Effective communication and leadership skills to train staff, collaborate with stakeholders, and advocate for program improvements. . Ability to collaborate and coordinate multiple groups. . Strong data driven decision making. . Able to consistently meet deadlines. . Demonstrated success launching or scaling pathway programs and work-based learning. . Experience with public-sector fiscal processes, grant compliance, and audit readiness. . Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in program implementation. . Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse student populations, educators, and workforce partners. . This position requires regular travel between sites. A valid driver’s license, personal automobile, and proof of insurance.

$132,300 - $177, 294 (7 Steps)
