As a Lead, Warehouse, you will supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient receipt, storage, picking and shipment of aircraft parts and tooling.

What you’ll do:

• Assign and oversee work of warehouse technicians to meet production and shipping schedules

• Conduct daily safety huddles and enforce 5S, PPE and material‑handling guidelines

• Coordinate with Logistics and Planning to prioritize inbound and outbound material flow

• Operate and train others on forklifts, pallet jacks 

• Primarily manage shipping duties

• Loading and unloading cargo when needed

• Operate pallet jacks, flats and forklifts

• Organize and keeping track of documents 

• Communicate with drivers and employees

• Maintain a clean and safe dock area

• Check for damage of incoming shipments

• Verify shipping documents and label boxes properly

• Mentor and provide guidance for dock associate

Basic Qualifications   

• Must have excellent computer skills

• Must be able to lift at least 40lbs 

• High school diploma/GED; additional coursework in logistics or supervision desirable.

• 3+ years of warehouse or stockroom experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or senior role.

• Proficient in inventory systems and RF scanners.

• Certified to operate material‑handling equipment or ability to obtain certification.

• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and organizational skills.
