Overview: The Senior Manager of Strategic Insights will be responsible for leading a team that owns and manages Strategic Insights programs dedicated to Data Insights and Member Insights/Feedback.

Responsibilities:

Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Data Insights

  • Using strategic plan output, work with leadership to set top to bottom goals for the organization
  • Create and maintain dashboards outlining channel, department and employee performance
  • Provide Board reporting on a monthly basis
  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards that help business leaders manage their performance
  • Identify opportunities to drive business growth through insights

 

Member Insights

  • Member surveys- Implement and manage relationship survey and transactional program, providing business owners with access to local member data, establish processes for management of surveys, monthly organizational-level reporting, and collection and management of improvements plans
  • Oversee member outreach and resolution based on feedback submitted through surveys
  • Report to Senior Leadership quarterly on survey metrics and performance
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, data analytics & visualization
  • Demonstrated success in planning, organizing, leading people and activities. Ability to motivate, direct and coach staff.
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Technologically proficient.
