Bilingual Outpatient Therapist presso PIONEER CENTER GROUP

•

Provides center-based in-person or virtual therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families

• Provide therapy and support in Spanish as needed to meet the linguistic and cultural needs of clients and their families.

•

Meet production standards 70% of time providing direct service to clients. (typically, 28 of 40 hours per week)

•

Complete all documentation accurately and concurrently, which is defined by within 24 hours of service delivery

•

Facilitate and provide for the needs of clients in a client-centered, trauma-informed, family focused, outpatient program.

•

Uses strength-focused treatment planning to collaboratively create goals and objectives with clients

•

Monitors and documents progress toward goals

•

Makes referrals and advocates for families in need of diagnostic, substance abuse, psychiatric, and psychological assessments

•

Develop linkage in the community by working with community services to meet the needs of the client.

•

Collaboration with court services, client families, schools, and other community organizations in a professional manner.

•

Complete agency required trainings. 

• Completes IM+CANS (Illinois Medicaid Comprehensive Assessment of Needs and Strengths) with all clients minimally every 180 days.

•

Provides service according to policy and procedure (HIPAA, Confidentiality, Ethics, etc.). 

•

Regular, reliable, predictable attendance. 

•

Performs all other duties assigned by Supervisor.
