POSITION OVERVIEW

The Lead Analyst, IT Enterprise Content Management reports directly to the Manager, IT Enterprise Content Management. Primary responsibilities include gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements for OpenText Documentum D2 and related workflows, as well as supporting other applications including, but not limited to, SharePoint Online, PowerAutomate, and Navex. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • OpenText Documentum D2 will be a primary focus. This includes understanding existing configurations, security management, and other administrative tasks while also working with internal business stakeholders on eliciting, understanding, and documenting requirements for new or optimized functionality.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, test plans, and test cases.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Consult with personnel at all levels of the organization to discuss business requirements and potential solutions.
  • Attend multiple daily standup meetings tied to capital projects and contribute to project planning and execution.
  • Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Assist with the development of a strategic roadmap for OpenText Documentum D2, as well as other content management applications supported by the team.
  • Offer innovative alternatives and recommendations for technical solutions related to content management requests.
  • Remain abreast of current technologies and best practices.
  • Perform assigned duties consistent with the policies and procedures defined and approved by Cheniere management.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Knowledge: 

  • Advanced knowledge of OpenText Documentum D2 and related products, including Windows Server, SQL Server, and Active Directory. 
  • Must be knowledgeable and experienced with processes for gathering and documenting business requirements relating to content management workflows and compliance within OpenText Documentum D2.
  • Must have proven track record of consistently exercising independent judgement, offering guidance to team members and interpreting the application of complex methodologies and solutions.

  • Exceptional communication skills: must have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization and with individuals from diverse disciplines and levels of technical and commercial expertise.
  • Detail oriented and effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, reprioritize, and follow up with questions, solutions, or suggestions.
  • Ability to quickly pick up new technologies.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science or closely related technical field.  
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a business analyst and/or IT project manager, including minimum of 6 years’ experience working with OpenText applications and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience as both Product Owner and Scrum Master in Azure DevOps is also required.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Job is performed in a typical office environment, but is subject to time pressures and constraints, and is often dependent on input from others.  
  • Occasionally, work may be performed from home, after normal work hours or on weekends. 
  • Periodically travel as business requires. 
  • Subject to drug and alcohol testing, per applicable federal regulations or as required by Cheniere.
