The SR. Manager, Warehouse will manage both company owned and 3rd party warehouse operations for Finished Goods. This role will be focused on optimizing storage, transportation and customer service for finished goods.
Our Senior Manager of Warehousing will manage both company owned and 3rd party warehouse operations for Finished Goods. The successful candidate will focus on optimizing storage, transportation and customer service for finished goods.
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
- Report to and collaborate with the Senior Director to develop and implement structured operational routines that drive excellence across company-owned and third-party logistics (3PL) operations, employing a tiered approach aligned to each operation’s size, scope, and complexity.
- Design and execute a comprehensive Warehousing and Distribution Strategy for finished goods, optimizing the chilled network’s warehouse and distribution footprint, and strategically determining partner locations and relationships.
- Develop and enhance 3PL capabilities to meet or exceed KORE standards through on-site engagement, direct coaching, and relationship building, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and oversight for warehouse operations at Main Street, ensuring that safety, service, and cost performance consistently achieve or surpass organizational targets.
- Partner with Supply Chain Services to ensure all vendor partnerships are governed by supply agreements that meet financial, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and KO standards for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline preferred.
- 7+ years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
- Working knowledge of the Coca-Cola system is a plus.
- Project Management and change management skill development needed.
- Up to 50% travel.

Pay Range:
$114,000 - $139,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
