Purpose of Job:
The Sr. Digital Analyst will transform data into actionable insights that drive digital marketing performance and business growth. This role is responsible for tracking, measuring, analyzing, and presenting digital behavior across channels, managing web tagging and testing strategies, and delivering clear, impactful reporting. The analyst will play a key role in shaping strategic digital roadmaps, quantifying new opportunities, and providing proactive recommendations that improve customer engagement and marketing. effectiveness.
Job Components:
Manage analytics/performance across digital marketing programs by tracking, measuring, analyzing, and reporting.
Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports (Google Analytics, Sitecore Analytics, Looker, PowerBI) to communicate trends, opportunities, and outcomes.
Explore data sets and make recommendations based on digital marketing performance.
Proactively identify customer insights and provide actionable recommendations based on learnings.
Develop and present weekly and monthly reporting for campaigns, marketing channels, website, and conversion funnels, as well as ad-hoc analysis.
Lead the web analytics tag implementation and testing during the development of online media, email, and web pages.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multi-variant tests, build testing roadmap, deliver results and recommendations/presentation to stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of a long-term analytics strategy & roadmap aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Create and present performance results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to scope and execute research and analytics projects.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics or other quantitative discipline.
5+ years of managing analytics for digital marketing programs.
Prior experience with Google Tag Manager or similar required.
Experience building custom dashboards, exploring data sets, and making recommendations based on digital marketing performance.
Hands-on experience creating dashboards and reports in analytics platforms (i.e., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Proven expertise with tagging strategy and implementation. Prior experience with tag management tools required (i.e., Google Tag Manager).
Experience with data scripting (Python, JavaScript, and AI tools); API experience is a plus.
The ability to discover, analyze, and clearly communicate data insights for action.
Strong experience with optimization tools, A/B, and multi-variable testing.
Experience developing predictive models (i.e., regression) is preferred but not required.
Demonstrate ability to extract, interpret, and clearly communicate insights that inform business decisions.
Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate across teams, functions, business units, and external partners.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and evolving environment under minimal supervision.

Work Environment:
Hybrid work environment with a minimum 3 days in the office per week.
Must live in the Dallas area.

Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
