Essential Functions:
- Deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Assist with clinical procedures, patient assessments, and documentation.
- Mentor and support Medical Assistants, contributing to orientation and ongoing competency development.
- Participate in quality initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and act as a liaison for specialty consultations.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an approved Medical Assistant training program.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant.
- Current BLS certification.
- Certification from a recognized agency (e.g., CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, etc.).
