About the Role:

The Experienced Leasing Consultant at Legend Oaks Apartments plays a pivotal role in driving occupancy and tenant satisfaction within our residential community. This position is responsible for managing the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease execution, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective and current residents. The consultant will actively market available units, conduct property tours, and provide detailed information about leasing terms and community amenities. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with property management to address resident needs and contribute to maintaining a welcoming and well-maintained living environment. Ultimately, this role is essential in supporting the financial performance and reputation of Legend Oaks Apartments by fostering strong tenant relationships and maximizing lease conversions.

Minimum Leasing Consultant Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 years experience in leasing with a property management company.
• Strong knowledge of leasing laws, fair housing regulations, and rental market dynamics.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Leasing Consultant Qualifications:

• Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, to effectively communicate with a diverse resident base.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding leasing targets and occupancy goals.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and digital leasing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and present available units to prospective residents, highlighting key features and community benefits.
• Manage the leasing process including application processing, lease preparation, and execution in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions to provide accurate leasing information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Legend Oaks Apartments in the local rental market.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of resident concerns and upkeep of community standards.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, resident communications, and follow-up actions using property management software.
• Participate in community events and outreach initiatives to enhance resident engagement and promote the property.
