Position Summary:
The Perioperative RN is responsible for coordinating and managing safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care for surgical patients throughout the perioperative process including the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases. The employee will provide support, education, direct care to patients, and act as a liaison between the surgical team and the patient families/support systems. Using a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to patient care, the perioperative nurse works closely with the entire surgical team. The perioperative registered nurse may serve as a: (1) Circulating Nurse, (2) 1st Scrub (Instrument) Nurse, and/or (3) 2nd Scrub (Assistant) Nurse depending on level of experience and training.

Qualifications
- Base Compensation Range: $33.25 - $51.40 hourly, based on years of relevant experience. "Relevant experience" means relevant to the employee's responsibilities set forth in the job description as determined by the HR Manager, CAO, applicable department manager/director and applicable senior leader.
- Benefits: Benefits include generous paid time off, separate sick leave, health, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability and option for short-term disability, and retirement plan with employer contribution.

Current Colorado licensure as RN, in good standing. |

Current AHA BLS certification or attendance and successful completion at the next available course (within 3 months). |

CNOR certification is desired but not required. CRNFA certification is beneficial. |
