Major Duties
Supervise assigned staff in the day-to-day operations ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees.
Coordinate the accurate preparation, documentation, distribution and reconciliation of payroll and the administration of the payroll system.
Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management and finance teams.
Respond to and resolve any inquiries regarding paychecks or payroll reporting. Ensures payroll issues are resolved and/or escalated promptly.
Ensure that all federal, state, and local taxes, social security contributions, contributions to employee benefit programs, and other deductions are withheld from individual paychecks.
Stay current on payroll best practices and regulatory changes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
