Quality Coordinator- 1st Shift presso Jefferson Southern Corporation

• Lead the training and implementation of company SOP's for quality related issues.
• Train and schedule training for all QA associates.
• Travel to customer premises to analyze parts.
• Assist in scheduling of all QA associates to support production functions.
• Implements and monitors quality policies.
• Assist in the verification of countermeasure verification.
• Issues quality alerts for all known internal and external quality issues.
• Assist in review and control of process statistical analysis.
• Improves and monitors inspection processes.
• Prepares QA work procedures and instructions.
• Assist in formulation of quality assurance policies.
• Develop and Coach QA associates daily on quality management systems goal and objectives.
• Lead in correcting and improving safe working conditions in the department.
• Operate Catia V-4 and V-5
• And any additional items when necessary

• Bilingual preference but not required

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Associates degree and/or 2 years relevant work experience
• Bachelor degree preferred
• 2 years previous supervisory experience required
• Must be able to perform measurement by using a coordinate machine
• Must be able to operate hand instruments such as the caliper and micrometer
• TS-16949 Experience preferred
