Position Summary:
Maplewood Senior Living, an innovative, forward-thinking senior living provider, strives to inspire our associates to learn, develop, and succeed. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a devoted and caring Lead Server/Dining Room Manager to become part of our family. The Dining Room Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations of our dining room.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and scheduling dining services associates
- Training staff to ensure safety first work approach
- Able to effectively manage dining room associates
- Displays patience, tact, enthusiasm and a cheerful disposition
- Understands safety practices and procedures related to operating a dining room
- Ensuring dining room is clean, tidy, and meal ready at all times
- Creating a resident centered focus in the dining room to deliver an exceptional dining experience
- Planning, scheduling and managing special events
- Demonstrating a world class experience during all tours and sales events
- Possess a sincere passion for working with our senior population
Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:
- Minimum two years dining management experience in hotel or fine dining setting
- Serve safe recommended but can be obtained within 90 days of employment
- Computer skills including Excel and Word
