Logistics Coordinator presso Facility Solutions Group, Inc.

Overview:

The logistics coordinator position analyzes and coordinates the logistical functions of an organization; assists in the life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery and final disposal of resources.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and perform logistics operations including inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Report transportation needs to Logistics Manager
• Maintain logistics best practices for shipping and material distribution efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting in logistics systems.
• Coordinate the job site distribution of tools, devices and communication tools (e.g., power tools, tablets, and radios).
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with delivery, freight and external logistics representatives.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure receipt of deliveries and distribution of shipments.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows through technology solutions.
• Perform other duties assigned by the logistics manager.

Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to multitask while staying organized
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Positive customer service skills
• Knowledge of electrical construction and materials a plus
• OSHA 30 and SST 10
