Exciting New Opportunity: Provider Network Assistant (Must Reside in New York - Capital Region District)
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Provider Network Assistant to join our growing team! This role plays a key part in supporting provider recruitment and network maintenance. You’ll collaborate with Network Managers and the Provider Network leadership team to ensure a seamless experience for providers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple Outlook inboxes and assist with resolving provider inquiries and web portal support.

Support recruitment activities by contacting providers for missing or incomplete documentation required for contracting.

Assist with developing, tracking, and distributing provider communications via fax/email.

Conduct outreach to provider offices to verify information, update rosters, confirm appointment availability, etc.

Extract and organize online provider contract submissions for Network Manager review and completion.

Review contracts, updates, and terminations to ensure completeness prior to submission.

Prepare agendas and document minutes and action items for team meetings.

Partner with Network Managers to maintain tracking tools and project updates.

Support management with research and system data-related tasks.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Minimum 1 year of experience in dental office management, managed healthcare, sales, and/or customer service.

Prior experience in a Dental PPO or DHMO environment highly preferred.
Key Skills & Knowledge:

Strong customer service, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time and meet deadlines independently.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, Word).

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with dental terminology, credentialing, and provider contracting processes is a plus.

Ability to coordinate schedules and facilitate meetings.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual is a plus.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $21.25 - $26.00, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.
Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
