The Role:

Sales Assistants are at the very heart of Lush, and as a Seasonal Sales Assistant you'd be supporting the store through it's busiest time of the year. We're looking for passionate and motivated individuals, who provide 5-star customer service to every customer who walks in. Enthusiasm for showcasing our wonderful products is key, as you will be getting hands on by demonstrating them and creating memorable moments for customers. You will be an excellent team player, and will receive and engage in providing and receiving feedback, contributing and developing our collective skills. 

You will ask customers insightful questions to understand their own unique needs, then tailor product recommendations for them, and showcase the products through demonstrations. You will support customers by using thoughtful questions to confirm interest, and securing sales by making sure the customer leaves with the right products for them. The role includes creating custom routines, offering shop tours with intelligent link sales, and providing pampering sit down consultations, including luxuriant hand and arm massages, as part of your every day routine. 

Through in-depth training on our products and ingredients, you'll become a Lush Ambassador, embodying our ethics and values to our customers. Your crucial role will help create the ultimate experience for our guests, ensuring we offer the best service on the high street!

Key Information: 

Hours available: 12 hours per week

Successful candidates will be invited to a trial shift, where we will spend time getting hands on with products and getting to know you!

As a Sales Assistant, your role is to bring kindness and warmth to every customer interaction. Showcase your passion for delivering incredible 5-star customer service, and radiate enthusiasm and positivity into every customer interaction.

Teamwork: Working alongside your colleagues, you will fill the shop floor with positive energy and an upbeat atmosphere. Together with the team, you will help us achieve store goals and cultivate a work environment that nurtures continuous team growth. Your role as a Sales Assistant revolves around making teamwork an instinctive and joyful experience.

Communication: Clear and open communication is vital during our busiest time of year. You will ensure information effortlessly circulates throughout the store. You will collaborate with your colleagues and management team to keep communication open and respectful. As a Sales Assistant, you will maintain an approachable and positive communication flow, as this will aid your team's success on the shop floor.
