The Role:

As our Business Change, Improvement and Assurance Manager , you’ll lead a team of analysts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of business and client change within our Operations servicing function. This role will see you oversee operational assurance for internal and client use, utilising this as well as other performance data and RCA to drive transformation, optimise processes, and ensuring our operations align with business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operational Change Management – Define and implement a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for business change initiatives, engaging stakeholders and considering wider operational impacts.
  • Process Improvement – Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, driving improvements across operational workflows.
  • Operational Assurance – ensure successful delivery of operational assurance processes to meet contractual requirements, and help identify and drive performance improvements.
  • Resource Management – Ensure optimal use of resources, including personnel, technology, and equipment, coordinating with department heads to address bottlenecks.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Collect and analyse performance data, generating insights to drive operational efficiency.
  • Leadership & Mentoring – Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Change Management Expertise – A deep understanding of change management principles and a passion for solving complex business challenges.
  • Operational & Risk Knowledge – Experience in operational resilience within a lending environment, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Leadership & Influence – Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving – A proactive approach to identifying issues and driving effective solutions.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management – Exceptional communication skills, comfortable leading discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptability & Prioritisation – Ability to balance multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
