We Are Landsec
We identify and shape places that create opportunity, enhance quality of life, and bring joy to the people connected to them.
This is how we’ve created the UK’s leading portfolio of urban places and one of the largest real estate companies in Europe.
Our £10 billion portfolio is built around premium workplaces, the country’s pre-eminent retail platform, and a residential pipeline that will redefine urban life.
We’ve honed this ability over 80 years. Spotting the opportunities, building the partnerships, and continually adapting to shape the places that meet the needs of a changing world.
Places where life happens. Where businesses grow. And where cities are defined.
Location
The role will be based at our office in London Victoria. There will be the need for occasional travel to other retail sites around the country as and when required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, curious, and passionate about making a real impact through data, process, and people. You’ll play a vital role in implementing our Talent and Development strategy by turning it into action. This will be done primarily via supporting day-to-day delivery across four key areas: Talent, Performance, Engagement, and Learning — with a particular focus on Talent.
You’ll be responsible for managing and analysing data, coordinating development programmes, supporting performance processes, and helping to shape engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
As a key member of the Talent & People Development team, you’ll work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure initiatives run smoothly and align with our business goals. You’ll balance regular, ongoing activities with opportunities to contribute to broader project work.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data to drive insights, who has a structured, process-driven mindset and enjoys building long term relationships with a range of stakeholders.
You’ll be the first point of contact for Talent and Development queries, partnering with People Managers and Line Managers to understand team goals and help deliver solutions that boost engagement, performance, and retention.
You’ll thrive in an environment where you can adapt quickly and bring others along with you. Most importantly, you’ll be a champion of our cultural DNA, bringing it to life in how you work and how you support others.
